I’ve always been fascinated by what drives people and connects us. Throughout my career spanning education, agriculture, wellness and organisational change, I’ve focused on helping people see clearly and lead consciously. As a certified Six Seconds practitioner, I apply evidence-based emotional intelligence methods in all my work, creating space for transformation, trust-building, and purpose reconnection. The common thread? Deep listening and real conversations. When people feel seen and supported, businesses move.
